About Deep Piction

We develop AI-guided nanocarriers—LNPs, EVs and more—to achieve cell-level delivery of mRNA and gene therapies across whole bodies.

Your Role

• Lead R&D for nanocarrier design: formulation, stability, encapsulation efficiency.
• Plan and oversee preclinical studies (in vitro characterization → in vivo testing).
• Mentor a team of 2–4 scientists: set goals, track progress, foster hands-on training.
• Collaborate with AI and imaging teams to validate distribution and efficacy.
• Advise on regulatory strategy and quality-by-design for clinical translation.

Who You Are

• PhD in nanotechnology, biochemistry or related field.
• 3–5 years post-PhD experience designing LNPs, EVs or similar carriers.
• Strong biochemistry skills: lipid chemistry, encapsulation, release kinetics.
• Familiarity with microscopy workflows and basic image analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership: project planning, mentoring and cross-team communication.

Your Role

• Develop and optimize clearing protocols for tissues and small animals.
• Lead a team of 2–4 imaging scientists: set KPIs, train on instruments, review data quality.
• Oversee microscopy pipelines: acquisition parameter tuning, automation, troubleshooting.
• Architect data workflows: from raw 3D image capture through storage, backup and AI integration.
• Liaise with service engineers to maintain and upgrade equipment.

• ≥ 5 years hands-on experience in tissue clearing and advanced microscopy.

Your Role

• Maintain daily lab operations: reagents, consumables, equipment upkeep.

Your Mission as COO

As our Chief Operating Officer, you will be instrumental in building and owning all operational processes, ensuring Deep Piction's platform is the partner of choice for leading pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, and collaborators.
